1. Introduction

"Let's Share" is a media-sharing app that allows users to create albums, share photos and videos, and connect with others. These T&C apply to all users of the App and its services.

2. User Eligibility

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Compliance with Laws: You represent that your use of the App does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you.

3. Account Creation and Management

Registration: To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

• Involves reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the App.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

User-Generated Content: You retain full ownership of all content that you upload, share, or otherwise distribute through the App ("User Content"). "Let's Share" does not claim any ownership rights in your User Content. By uploading content, you grant "Let's Share" a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App’s services. This license is necessary for us to provide the functionalities of the App, such as displaying your content to other users with whom you choose to share it.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload and share. You agree that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload the content and that it does not violate any laws or the rights of third parties.

User Ownership: Emphasizing that users retain ownership of their content is critical. This protects users' rights and aligns with common practices in media-sharing apps like Instagram and Google Photos. You, as the user, retain all rights to your content and have full control over how it is shared and used within the App.

Infringement Notices: If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on the App, please contact us with detailed information so we can take appropriate action.

6. Privacy Considerations

Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available within the App. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

8. Limitation of Liability
